How To Get Him (or her)To Make A Commitment!
If you love him or her, be patient. Let them know what you want but tell them you are prepared to wait for as long as you are prepared to do that. Think about a realistic time limit and try to stick to it, or at least set a date to review it.
If you’re not totally sure if he or she is the ‘one’ for you, it may be best not to waste any more time, dump them now and find someone else who is more suitable.
If you do love them and don’t want to wait, then you can consider giving an ultimatum. But, you have to be prepared to go with the result, maybe it will work, maybe it won’t. If it does work, congratulations, all they needed was a little push. If it doesn’t, you either have to back down or walk away. Think carefully before issuing an ultimatum – this is risky love business.
